DESCRIPTION:Night On The Tracks\nIn partnership with 309 Punk Night on the Tracks\, Foo Foo Fest and Frank Brown International Songwriters Fest\, From the Ground Up Community Garden Presents musician and Kevn Kinney. Kevn will also have some of his art for sale. Suggested minimum love donation $10. \nThe Garden will open at 11:30am for a pre-show\, Songwriters in the Round featuring Faithe Franklin\, Hane McLeash\, Katie Dineen and Love Brynnevere. \nWe will host a “Really Really Free Market” from 11:30am – 4pm. Just like a community yard sale\, but all items are free. You are invited to bring things\, just please take them with you when you leave. \nHeadliner Kevn Kinney\nKevn Kinney is most widely known as founder and frontman of Atlanta-based rock band Drivin-N-Cryin. A highly-acclaimed singer\, songwriter\, musician\, performer\, visual artist and poet\, he has recently been inducted into both the Wisconsin Music Hall of Fame and Georgia Music Hall of Fame for his impactful legacy of art. \nKinney has released multiple critically acclaimed solo and band recordings during his career having also collaborated with Warren Haynes\, REM\, The Who and John Popper\, among others. \nPeter Buck of REM has produced and performed on several of Kevn’s albums and continues to be involved in his career. \nKevn Kinney has continuously toured full-time with his band Drivin n Cryin while simultaneously carving out a niche for himself as a solo artist. From the festival stage to the smallest house concert\, fans are always excited at the opportunity to see him up close and personal in a stripped-down acoustic setting. \nRecent touring include multiple dates with the Indigo Girls\, Blackberry Smoke\, The Black Crowes and others. \nHis latest solo studio album Think About It was released in 2022. In Fall 2023 the first release of the Let’s Go Dancin’: A Compilation Celebrating The Songs Of Kevn Kinney four-album vinyl series came out with over 100 digital recorded titles slated to go through end of 2024. \nThe project is a massive all-star tribute to songwriter\, poet\, performer Kevn Kinney.
