Making Waves Music Therapy

Our 4th annual songwriting workshops kick off this Saturday September 26th at 12p in the @fromthegroundupgarden!! dadom

This is a low-cost, open-to-all event led and guided by a board-certified music therapist. We kindly ask for a donation of at least $5 for our time and use of this beautiful community garden. (Some) rain or shine.

Therapeutic songwriting is for everyone!

No extensive music knowledge or prior songwriting experience needed here.

Just bring yourself, a friend maybe, and of course, instruments and creative materials are always welcomed and encouraged.
