The City of Pensacola has granted use of Hollice T. Williams Park located 501 North Hayne Street, Pensacola, Florida to The Hive Foundation Inc LLC, d/b/a From the Ground UP Community Garden (Lessee).

Volunteer, signed below, agrees to protect and hold harmless the City of Pensacola and The Hive Foundation Inc, LLC d/b/a From the Ground Up Community Garden, its subsidiaries or affiliates, elected or appointed officials, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents from any and all claims, suits, actions, damages, liability and expenses in conjunction with loss of life, bodily injury or personal injury or property damage, including loss or use thereof, directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from, arising out of or occurring in connection with the use of the above named facility.

Volunteer also agrees to protect and hold harmless the City of Pensacola and The Hive Foundation Inc, LLC dba From the Ground Up Community Garden, its subsidiaries or affiliates, elected or appointed officials, employees, volunteers, representatives and agent from any and all claims, suits, actions, damages, liability and expenses, present, past or future which may be asserted by Volunteer or any third party rising out of the use of the above-named facility.

Unless otherwise indicated signatures grant permission to take and utilize photographs or video takes on the premise for social media, marketing or other.
